Students usually start to think about college today in the 9th and 10th grades. Our goals is to tailor that information into something that is manageable for the student and meets their needs.  This is a program not found with companies who offer essays or college application assistance. When families meet us they see and hear the difference.

Our program will save a family money on the cost of tuition because the schools that are right for the student, will also be right financially.

Our job is to streamline the approach so that the student finds the right combination of academic, social, environmental and financial balance and gets through the process,  curbing the emotional roller coaster that often can be caused by the experience.

Everyone's situation is unique, and so should their 'moving forward' plan  with the goal to take the student from their starting point and push them forward,  with a focus on minimizing stress and anxiety, and streamlining the process for the entire family.

As a sophomore in high school,  I met this counselor who gave me the confidence and helped me navigate the college admissions process as a DACA student.  There was no way for me to recieve any scholarship funds except for community based ones,  and because of this counselor,  I got into 9 of the 10 schools I applied to,  I got enough scholarship money to pay for my first year, 

 

Today,  I have my Ph.D in Education with a background in Chicano Studies and Spanish,  Every Student needs a counselor like this in their corner
